The Thin Gold Line Foundation
I’ve spent over 23 years working in the emergency dispatch field. My career began with Allegan County Central Dispatch (ACCD) in Michigan, where I served in various roles, including 911 dispatcher, Communications Training Officer, supervisor, and eventually Director of ACCD—a position I held for 15 years.
In 2016, I made the move from my hometown in West Michigan to South Carolina when I accepted a position with Motorola Solutions. I became the PremierOne Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Specialist for the State of South Carolina, working with dispatch centers to implement and support Motorola’s Hosted PremierOne CAD Solution.
Fast forward to 2022, I joined TSSI Consulting as a Public Safety Solution Consultant and Project Manager, where I once again working to support the 911 communities and public safety organizations across the country.
These days, I still live in South Carolina with my husband, Richard Bosley, truly the love of my life, and we’re in the process of building a new home in Vermont. Together, we’ve raised five amazing kids and share a love for animals. At home, we have seven goats, two Livestock Guardian dogs, and three cats who keep life interesting!
911 Emergency Dispatch has been my passion since I started as a dispatcher at just 19 years old. It's been an honor to dedicate my career to this field, and I'm proud to continue supporting the incredible people who serve in this field, through my work at TSSI Consulting and with the Thin Gold Line Foundation.
